We welcome you to Sanofi’s Patient Program which provides free home delivery of Sanofi’s marketed products at a discounted price.

As part of the Patient Support Program, our educators may also visit, on your request, to provide you the necessary orientation related to your purchased product and disease area.

Once enrolled in the Program, you may be contacted by our representative or our partner agency to provide additional information about your disease area, seek feedback or personal information for evaluation.

Access to your personal information will be strictly limited as part of the Program. However, data may be shared with health authorities if required to support the Drug Risk Management Plan.

Beyond the Program, Sanofi and health authorities also may use unidentifiable, collective data generated by the Program to better understand the Drug Safety Profile and to improve overall management of the program. This is called secondary use.

Sanofi may need to communicate your personal information to relevant stakeholders as part of the management of the program, which will be done strictly as per applicable laws and regulations.

Sanofi and each stakeholder acting within the Program commit to protect your personal data and your privacy and implement adequate measures aimed at ensuring such protection.

Registration is entirely voluntary, free of charge and you will not be paid for your participation.

You can withdraw at any time without giving any reason.

Sanofi reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time and for any reason but would give prior notice to you.
